Refund policy

Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of compression sleeves that have been worn or used.

How to Request a Return
Email support@padelguardpro.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
